How dare Sessions fabricating a crisis in order to unjustly vilify vast swaths of humanity simply to further his ME FIRST political agenda. I'm 63 and tell you it sounds more like Russian Propaganda Games than any factual reflection on the known physical facts and human reality!
How dare Sessions and Trump be so hatefully stupid and blinded that they doesn't recognize the long term damage torturing toddlers and parents will do. Make no mistake, this IS nothing less than child torture!
It's as though Trump and Sessions are going out of their way to create hatred and rage for the sake of making mortal enemies out of people.
There is no other logic or sanity to be found in the actions of Sessions & Trump's ICE. What's most unbelievable for me is how many people believe their malicious nonsense. Our future will be getting nothing but uglier with every day these vandals are allowed to own our government.
Not much to add, perhaps how the hell did Americans become so blinded by self-interest to hand over our government to such a gang of proudly dishonest, amoral, absolutist thugs, people who's highest calling is: ME FIRST!

"We ended up arresting 232, which is 16 percent higher than our highest estimates. So internally, that was considered a success….But what they publicly said was that she let people go," Schwab said. According to him, that was not true.
He helped craft a statement to the media saying, "Some of them were able to elude us thanks to the mayor's irresponsible decision." He was comfortable with that statement, Schwab said, because it included the words "some of."
"This is a spin statement. This is what every public affairs officer does," Schwab said.
A week later, Attorney General Jeff Sessions' language was noticeably different. He said "ICE failed to make 800 arrests" because of the mayor's statement. Sessions' words didn't sit well with Schwab.
"Completely false...that made me extremely uncomfortable," Schwab said.
When reporters asked him to clarify the discrepancy, Schwab said he was instructed by his superiors in Washington to simply refer to the original statement he drafted without disputing Sessions' version of events.
"After they failed to correct it – it's a flat-out lie. They know it's a lie. It was just shocking to me that no one wanted to fix that," Schwab said. …
Schwab said his conversation with the agents had to do with Oakland's mayor.
"Did you ever contact the Oakland mayor's office?" CBS reporter Yuccas asked.
"No. I've never met her before. I never contacted Libby Schaaf," Schwab said. "Never. I would never tell her. I would never tell anyone…

They were very serious. He was very stern with me, and it was concerning.”
Schwab said it was "absolutely" an intimidation technique.
"Why, three months later, are we doing this?" Schwab said. "This is intimidation. And this is why people won't come out and speak against the government.”
Asked if he believes other agencies are struggling with the same thing, Schwab said, "I know that they are, because they've reached out to me.”
Schwab said he's speaking out now because he's talked to others in the federal government with similar concerns. …

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has a message for Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf: "How dare you.”
Sessions has claimed that the "radical" Schaaf let "800 wanted criminals" off the hook when she warned residents of an incoming immigration raid across the Bay Area on February 24 via her official Twitter account.
"Those are 800 wanted criminals that are now at large in that community...that ICE will now have to pursue with more difficulty in more dangerous situations, all because of one mayor’s irresponsible action," Sessions said on Wednesday in Sacramento at a law enforcement symposium hosted by a correctional officers' union. …

A spokesman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has resigned over what he described as “false” and “misleading” statements made by Attorney General Jeff Sessions and ICE acting director Thomas D. Homan.
James Schwab worked out of the agency’s San Francisco office until he abruptly quit last week. He said he had been told to “deflect” questions about the Oakland, Calif., mayor’s interference with an ICE raid last month and to refer reporters to statements from Sessions and Homan that suggested that hundreds of “criminals” (“criminal aliens,” Homan called them) escaped capture in Northern California because the mayor tipped them off.
“I quit because I didn’t want to perpetuate misleading facts,” Schwab told the San Francisco Chronicle. “I asked them to change the information. I told them that the information was wrong, they asked me to deflect, and I didn’t agree with that. Then I took some time, and I quit.”

Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf responds to Jeff Sessions' 'how dare you' remarks
… Attorney General Jeff Sessions wasted no time slamming Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf during a California Peace Officer's Association event in Sacramento.
"So here's my message to Mayor Schaff, how dare you? How dare you needlessly endanger the lives of our law enforcement officers to promote a radical open-borders agenda?" Sessions questioned.
It was apparent to reporters Wednesday that Mayor Schaaf is not comfortable being in the position she's in. During a press conference at City Hall, the mayor of Oakland said, "It was not my intention to get caught up in a national debate.” …

In another installment of America’s ongoing series“Hmm That Seems Illegal and Also Dumb as Shit,” the U.S. government is reportedly dragging toddlers to court—yes, toddlers—for immigration hearings.
The Texas Tribune and Kaiser Health News report that they’ve been told by lawyers in D.C., Texas, and California that kids as old as 17 and as young as three are being hauled into immigration court without a guardian. There, they are given no legal help on behalf of the government, save for a list of legal organizations, which some of them can’t read.
Because they’re babies:
Leaders at three legal services organizations and a private firm confirmed that the children are being served with notices to appear in court. They are not entitled to an attorney but rather are given a list of legal services organizations that might help them.
Steve Lee, a UCLA child psychology professor, said expecting the children to advocate for themselves in court is an “incredibly misaligned expectation.”
“That couldn’t be any less developmentally appropriate,” he said, adding that some children may not be mature enough to verbalize a response. …
